To order any item from us you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

We always try our best to provide information about each item as detailed as possible. However, all descriptions and images are intended for guidance only and the actual items may vary accordingly. We reserve the right to correct eventualmistakes, inaccuracies. Please understand that the color of the image may vary from actual product due to screen display settings.

All attempts at fraud will be prosecuted. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.


Secure payment

Shopping on Lilla Mode is safe and secure. We use encryption technology, known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your information. When you see a lock symbol on the browser address bar or the URL address begins with https:// it means that SSL is enabled and protecting your data.

We provide following payment methods:

  1.      PayPal, one of the most popular and largest online payment services in the world. PayPal take care of the entire transaction, thus no information about your credit card will be sent to us. Via PayPal you can pay directly with credit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay etc., or from your own PayPal account. For more information please visit www.paypal.com.
  2.      Klarna (for customers in Sweden only). For more information please visit www.klarna.com.
  3.      Payment to our Bankgiro 792-3808 (for customers in Sweden only). This can take several days. Remember to write your order reference, which you get from order confirmation email, as reference during the payment. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send the order immediately.

Sweden: Free shipping.

Europe: 79 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 1500 SEK.

All other countries: 99 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 1500 SEK.

Orders placed before 13:00 local time (please mind the time zone difference) usually will ship on the same business day. In principle we have all products shown available in stock. If any item is out of stock, we will contact the customer via email.

We dispatch all orders through PostNord (Swedish Post). Delivery takes 1-10 business days, depending on the destination. We cannot take responsibility for late deliveries due to post office or customs delays. If the package is unclaimed and returned to us by post office, we will charge 20% of the product value as processing fee. Shipping costs are non refundable.

All the listed prices include Swedish VAT of 25%. For orders shipped outside the EU, Swedish VAT (25%) will be excluded automatically. The prices then become 20% lower.

Customers are responsible for eventual customs duties and local taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


Right to return

According to distance selling regulations, customers have the right to return orders within 14 days after receiving the items without reason. All returned items must be received in their original condition, in original packaging with all tags attached and instruction and inserts included, no signs of use or washed. Due to hygiene reasons underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

We regret that we cannot refund the return shipping cost unless the items are faulty or delivered in error. We cannot refund return items lost or damaged in transit, so sending the items by insured and traceable mail is highly recommended.

As soon as we receive your returned item we will organize the refund for you. Depending on the type of refund and the card issuer, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your account.

Refunds cannot be given on shipping cost, gift voucher purchases or discount codes.

Any complaint about missing items after 5 days of receipt will not be accepted.

Force Majeure

“Force Majeure” refers to any event including, but not limited to, war, natural disaster, strike, governmental action or any other comparable event that is unforeseeable and out of Lilla Mode’s control. Should Lilla Mode, due to the occurrence ofForce Majeure, fail to perform the agreement in full or in part, the company shall be exempted from all or some of its responsibilities, except where laws provide otherwise.



In case of any dispute, our policy is to comply with The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)'s recommendations.
